You cannot talk about this w/o including the fact that everyone gets to take a secondary profession. Since you can build a very effective character using only your primary attributes, you can easily take a reusable rez from your secondary.
That doesn't even address everyone being able to take rez signet or the Sunspear rez if you have NF.
Or, to look at it another way - what if I came on and said something like "Only monks, necros, and mesmers have a way of dealing w/ hexes - i think my warrior should have one to..."
Certain abilities should be limited to certain professions... just take a secondary that has a reusable rez if that's important to you.

Also, the Necro one looks like a PvP exploit/gimmick waiting to happen.
The assassin one would phase out Rebirth.
The Dervish one would lead to a-holes in AB battles who res and then end enchantments over and over again, like with that Divine Favor elite res that is sometimes used that way, only this would be worse.

I'm pretty sure he means for it to be like most other dervish skilled that is NOT a "maintained" enchantment, so the only way for it to end early is be removed by something like descecrate enchants.
But yeah, doesn't make sense for mobs and no point w/ res sig

none of the about suggested skills are better than current resurrection skills
eg
Resurrection Chant
Spell. Resurrect target party member with up to your current health and 5...29% Energy. This spell has half the normal range.
10 Energy 6 Activation 15 Recharge
i think it will not break the balance, just leave a freedom to choose other secondary profession while still having a reusable resurrection skills

we have sigs, and second prof, think of this idea like giving the paragon a degen hex or a sin an aoe spell.

The three professions with dedicated healing attributes (motivation, restoration, prot+healing) get hard reses. Makes sense.
Your ideas are terrible and are pointless anyway.

Yes, because [wiki]Desecrate Enchantments[/wiki] can remove enchantments...

PvP and especially GvG would be disturbing if everyone had a hard res.

Why would they even have the skill Ressurection Signet in the game if every profession has their own res that can be used more than once?

Ritualist, Monk and Paragon are Support/Heal professions.
Dervish is the only profession left that could qualify to get a Resurrect, since it has quite some healing skills, maybe one that removes all enchantments and give an small % of health depending on how many enchantments you lose.

I stopped reading at the necro one. It can only get worse. I mean, a minion which will do what? Attack the enemies and be on the front line?
"Hang on, our monk died. Oh now he's a minion! OOPS! He's dead!"
